Pixivo AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
Account data (email, display name, avatar) when you sign up; generation inputs (prompt, uploaded image) you submit to AI tools; usage events (which tool, time, credit amount); payment metadata returned by Creem.io. We do not store full credit-card numbers — payments are handled by Creem.
2. How we use your data
To run the AI tools you request; to deliver and improve the service; to bill credits and process refunds; to send transactional emails (receipts, security notifications) — never marketing without your consent.
3. Third-party processors
We send prompts and uploaded images to fal.ai for inference. We use Supabase for authentication and storage, Vercel for hosting, Creem.io for payments, and Resend for email. Each processor has its own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
Generation history is kept while your account is active. You can delete individual generations from the dashboard or close your account to remove all data within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email support@pixivo.ai with requests. Residents of the EU/UK have additional GDPR rights, and California residents have CCPA rights, including the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell data).
