By using Pixivo AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
2. Credits and payments
Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active. Subscription plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing may change with 30-day notice for active subscribers.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Pixivo AI to generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual deepfakes, content that incites violence, or content that infringes intellectual property. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.
4. Ownership of generated content
You own the images you generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI models (e.g., FLUX, Seedream, Recraft). For commercial use, verify the model license — most allow it, but a few have restrictions.
5. Service availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Pixivo AI is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits you've paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new terms.
